Transfer from another university

( eligibility of criteria )
To be transferred to university an applicant should:
→ be enrolled in other university;
→ finish the first semester of studies;
→ meet additional requirements established by the Faculty Council.
Before applying contact the Secretary's Office of the appropriate program to get more information about all requirements to be fullfilled to be able to apply for transfer.
Application should be submitted:
→ to Rector if applying during semester (after getting an official opinion from the Dean and the Head of studies, therefore please send your application to Secretary's Office first);
→ to the Dean if applying not later than 7 days before the semester's beginning.

Please attach the following documents to your application form:
( 1 ) notarized copy of the letter informing your present university authorities about your will to be transferred to our university
( 2 ) the copy of the letter informing the Head of studies at our university about your will to be transferred (scan of the letter to be sent to the Head of studies via e-mail)
( 3 ) your university transcript, containing a list of courses, number of class hours and ECTS points assigned to these classes, effects, syllabus, academic records - documents must be certified by the issuing university and translated via certified translator, more information about translation below
( 4 ) documents attesting to the fulfillment of additional conditions specified by the Faculty Council

Translation must be issued by:
→ a translator from the list of sworn translators in Poland issued by Ministry of Justice; or
→ a sworn translator from other European Union country, European Economic area (EEA) country, European Free Trade Association (EFTA) country or Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) country; or
→ Consul General of the Republic of Poland in the country were the document confirming education was issued; or
→ accredited in Poland Embassy or Consulate representative of the country where the document confirming education was issued.
